Transcript Request

To request a transcript please call 740-986-2911 and ask for the Guidance Office. You may request a transcript by email. You must include your full name (maiden name where applicable) and year of graduation. You will also need to include the name and address of the institution you are applying to. You may email requests to tammee.kaminski@westfallschools.com or andrea.brown@westfallschools.com.
 

Enrolling a new Mustang?

Welcome to Westfall! 
1.  Print and complete the enrollment forms.
2. Create a Final Forms Parent Account.
3. Check your email to confirm and complete your Final Forms registration.
4. Click to add your new student on the final forms page and complete all forms.
4. Call the Guidance Office at 740-986-2911 ext 2130 to make an appointment.

Pickaway County ACT Prep Workshop sponsored by Pickaway Works will be  held on Saturday, March 28th, 9am-1pm at the Pickaway Co. Educational Service Center, 2050 Stoneridge Dr., Circleville.  The cost $50 per student (does not include price of workbook).  The official ACT prep guide workbook is required and will be available for purchase at the workshop for $15.00 (checks payable to Pickaway Works..  To register, place contact Christy Mills, 740-474-5383, highered@pickaway.org
 
Columbus State Is hosting to events at the Columbus State Conference Center, 315 Cleveland Ave., Columbus, OH 43215.  Meet with Columbus State staff, students, alumni, faculty, and industry representatives to learn more about career opportunities in the exciting fields of modern manufacturing and information technology. Reservations are required.

2020 Summer Programs
Children's Hospital is offering an indepth 2020 summer program - Mechanisms of Human Health and Disease.  The purpose of the program is to introduce motivated and high - achieving high school science students to college level curriculum for medical and biomedical careers.  If you are interested in learning more and completing the application process, click the following link.  Children's Hospital Summer Program - MHHD
 
Findlay College of Pharmancy is hosting their annual Pharmacy Camp.  Taking place June 21-25, 2020, this four-day experience on campus will be a unique and fun-filled event.  The camp is open to high school students who will become a junior or senior in the fall of 2020. The camp will be held on the campus of the University of Findlay. Students are housed in on-campus residence halls and all meals and snack will be provided through University of Findlay's dining services. The camp has availability for 60 students on a first come first serve basis. The last day to receive a refund is June 14th.  Attached is a flyer with further details and the registration link can be accessed from HERE!
