Mr. Ramsay joined the administrative team for Westfall Local School District on July 5, 2012.


Mr. Brian Ramsay previously served as the Chief Fiscal Officer for New Albany-Plain Local School District.  He completed more than seventeen years of service as the treasurer of New Albany-Plain Local School District. He received his bachelor's degree from West Liberty State College in West Virginia.  He earned a Master of Education in Educational Administration from Ashland University in Ohio. Mr. Ramsay has over twenty-four years of experience as a school district treasurer. His twenty-four years of experience as a school district treasurer includes: treasurer of New Albany-Plain Local School District for over seventeen years, treasurer of Licking Heights Local School District for over two years and treasurer of Amanda-Clearcreek Local School District for four and a half years. He obtained his certification as a licensed School Treasurer in the State of Ohio in 1985. He is certified as a Registered School Business Fiscal Officer (RSBFO) and as a licensed School Business Manager. He is a member of the Association of Government Accountants (AGA), Government Finance Officers Association (GFOA), Ohio Association of School Business Officials (OASBO), and the Ohio School Boards Association (OSBA). Mr. Ramsay is a member of Rotary International, Kiwanis Club, and the Chamber of Commerce.


Mr. Ramsay brings leadership, wisdom, and integrity because of his knowledge, experience and enthusiasm. He is a valuable asset to the students, staff, and community of Westfall Local School District.
