We're celebrating America's 250th birthday by planting 250 flags outside our school—each marking an Act of Kindness! From a kind word to helping a classmate, every small act adds up. Watch our display grow, but we won't stop at 250. There's always room for more kindness!

Our 2026-2027 Student-Run Credit Union student employees have started training with Atomic Credit Union! This morning, they learned to process transactions, stay organized, and maintain confidentiality when handling financial accounts.
Our Grand Opening will be Friday, September 18! Students with accounts will bring home their banking pouches early next week so they can make their first deposit on Friday—even if it's just a penny!

Classes can also sabotage each other by dropping silver coins into rival grade-level jars to subtract points. A nickel deducts 5 points, a dime deducts 10 points, a quarter deducts 25 points, and a $50 bill deducts 100 points.
The grade that finishes with the most positive points wins popsicles! All funds raised will go directly to the Principal's fund to support student field trips, supplies, and other school activities.
During the assembly, we presented our Kindness Pledge banners, where each student signed a pledge to "Be Kind and Stick Together." To bring this pledge to life, students worked together to build a Kindness Chain, with each paper link listing a unique way to spread positivity—such as complimenting someone or helping to pick up after lunch.
We learned that building this chain of kindness takes time, care, and effort, but a single moment of unkindness can break that chain in an instant. It's a powerful reminder that every word and action matters!
For the rest of the school year, our students pledge to work together to keep our chain strong, support one another, and choose kindness every single day!

The mobile clinic will be stationed at the Middle/High School (19463 Pherson Pike) from 8:30 AM–11:30 AM and the Elementary School (9391 State Route 56 W) from 11:45 AM–3:00 PM.
Available services include routine check-ups, sports and work permit physicals, immunizations, and physician referrals, along with mental health support and treatment for common physical ailments like coughs, sore throats, and asthma.

Students in grades K–8 must be accompanied by an adult. Middle and high school students (grades 6–12) will receive a QR code by email to be scanned at the designated Student Entry gate. If students do not have a QR code, please have them enter through the main entry gate.

Yesterday, Mr. Pentiuk visited Mrs. Huff’s first-grade class and read "We Don’t Lose Our Class Goldfish" by Ryan T. Higgins. After the story, students had the chance to ask him questions about what it’s like being new at the elementary school and which classrooms he plans to visit next.
